How long have you been running for and currently what does your running schedule look like? Do you run every day? How many miles/kilometers a week? Do you only want to run 5k or any other event such as 1500m, 5000m, 100000m? I will have to make a Video on beginner workouts. I will also post here. Thank you.
Sir I run. 6 days a week currently I am running 12 rounds of 400m (1.45 per round ) since 2 month and 2 long runs in every week 25rounds of 400m(2min each round). Yes sir I only want to run 5000m in 18 minute
