- Short sharpening repetitions afterward can preserve speed and mechanics without repeating the full metabolic demand.
The best 1200m simulation does not manufacture fitness. It reveals fitness—and gives the athlete the evidence needed to believe that the target pace can be carried into competition.
The Simulation Was a Major Morale Booster
